The post is offered on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with hybrid working available for up to two days per week, subject to service demands. Working hours are between 8.30am - 5pm (to support the office rota).

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Trust Administration team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Executive Directors, providing high-quality, confidential administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment.

The Executive Assistant Will

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Executive Directors
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and follow-up actions
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare, draft and manage confidential correspondence, reports and documentation
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in accordance with Trust policies
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative systems
  • Support the management of ESR processes and meeting room bookings
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure information is handled securely and confidentially
  • Support projects and initiatives across the Trust Administration function
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency
  • Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality and responsive support service to Executive Directors
