Responsibilities to include

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Process monthly supplier account statement reconciliations
  • Liaise with all offices and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of function
  • Process staff expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in the processing of weekly payment runs
  • Manage all urgent payment requests
  • Ensure all new supplier checks are carried out and documented inline with internal control procedures
  • Ensure that all AP queries from suppliers and employees are answered promptly
  • Action all daily system approval and rejections
  • Assist in month end procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Confident, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Self starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
  • Strong communication skills are essential in order to deal with demanding suppliers and employees
  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of VAT
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
