About the Role:
We need a hands-on manager to oversee mechanical projects from start to finish. You will control costs, manage teams, and ensure our work meets the highest safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and carry out site surveys.
- Plan and manage projects from our Head Office and on customer sites.
- Ensure all work follows Health, Safety, Quality and environmental rules.
- Control budgets, track costs, and handle project variations.
- Talk with customers, subcontractors, and our internal teams.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong background in mechanical contracting and project management.
- Great commercial awareness and financial tracking skills.
- Deep knowledge of Health & Safety rules.
- Qualifications like SMSTS or IOSH are a big plus!
- Ability to travel to customer sites when needed.
