An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Project Team Secretary to join the Baird and ANCHOR Project Team (x 2 posts).

We are seeking an experienced, qualified and highly capable individual to work alongside the other Project Team Secretaries to provide a team and personal secretarial service to the multi-professional Project Team.

The successful candidate should have relevant secretarial experience, including supporting high volume of meetings, ideally with some previous experience of working in a large project. In addition, we are looking for colleague to have the skills to work with tight timescales and periods of pressure, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to support a wide range of professionals to achieve the goals of the project.

The post will be office based and team members may be asked to work flexibly as per work demands.
