Are you an organised, proactive leader who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and making a real difference?

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join the growing team at Ability Consultants and help us continue supporting charities, schools, CICs, social enterprises and community organisations to secure the funding they need to change lives.

• Leading day-to-day operations

• Managing client accounts and supporting a small team

• Improving systems and processes

• Supporting funding bids and project delivery

• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Hybrid – Washington Business Centre, Sunderland

Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

£30,000–£35,000 per annum (FTE)

You'll be joining a friendly, ambitious team that has helped organisations secure millions of pounds in funding, delivers exceptional client satisfaction, and genuinely believes in creating positive social impact.
