We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Temporary Call Centre Advisors to support our busy student enrolment period from 19 August 2026 to 11 September 2026. Based at our Hastings Campus, you will be part of a welcoming team, providing a professional and efficient service to prospective and current students, parents, carers and other stakeholders during one of the College's busiest times of the year.
This exciting role will include
- Responding to inbound calls, emails and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Making outbound calls to prospective and current students where required.
- Providing information on courses, enrolment, timetables and College services.
- Updating student records and supporting administrative and enrolment activities.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence speaking with a wide range of people over the telephone.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Contract: Temporary Sessional Contract (19 August 2026 – 11 September 2026)
Salary: 14.55 per hour including £1.84 holiday rate
Please note that the start date for this role is fixed at 19 August 2026. Due to the nature of the enrolment period and training requirements, we are unable to offer flexibility on the start date and candidates must be available to commence employment on this date.
