Essential Skills
- Show an awareness of different products and services
- Identify and engage with users or stakeholders to collate user needs evidence
- Understand and define research that fits user needs
- Use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes Work independently, share information and assist others with requests for service
Desirable Skills
ITIL Foundation is a desirable qualification for this role. Successful candidates will be expected to gain ITIL Foundation within their probation period.
