Machine Operator
FBC UK
Are you ready to work with high-speed machinery and keep a production line performing at its best? As a Machine Operator at our Edinburgh bakery, you'll play a key role in supporting the manufacture of some of the UK's best-loved biscuits, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll join a fast-paced and supportive production team where collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do. Working with modern manufacturing equipment, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build valuable experience, and make a visible contribution to the success of the site.
Working a rotating dayshift pattern, you'll alternate between early shifts (6:00am–2:00pm) and late shifts (2:00pm–10:00pm), providing variety while maintaining a consistent Monday to Friday working schedule. This structured shift pattern supports a healthy work-life balance while offering exposure to different production activities across the bakery.
With ongoing investment in our people and facilities, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy manufacturing environment and wants to build a long-term career with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers.
