Oakwood Grange is a beautifully designed residential care home offering first-class facilities and en-suite accommodation for up to 60 residents in a warm, welcoming environment. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents. Your role will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
  • Providing reassurance, comfort, and companionship
  • Assisting with routines and wellbeing checks
  • Supporting residents with nutrition and hydration needs
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Helping create a calm, safe, and caring environment

No two days are the same, every resident has their own personality, story, and care needs, making this a truly rewarding role.
