Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals? Do you possess strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving? We’re working with a wealth management firm based in Dorking who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Financial Adviser.

You will have full back-office support from Paraplanners and IFA Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans outlining strategies for investments, retirement, estate planning, and more.
• Stay up to date on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.

To Be Consider For This Adviser Position

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Proven experience in financial advising, wealth management, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
