At Vertu Macclesfield, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing sales operation. You’ll work in a busy, high-footfall dealership located on a vibrant retail park — a prime spot that attracts a steady stream of customers.
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits.
About The Role
As a General Sales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team while driving results and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll set the standard for integrity, trust, and transparent, responsible sales practices.
Leading a team of five Sales Executives, you’ll provide clear direction, regular coaching, and hands-on support to help them achieve their full potential. Working closely with customers and your team, you’ll ensure a consistent and effective sales process that delivers outstanding customer satisfaction and commercial success.
You’ll also oversee sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are effective, compliant, and aligned with both brand standards and company values.
