We are inviting applications for the post of Bank DEXA Radiographer to join our small and friendly team at Ashtead Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic person with a keen interest in DEXA imaging. You will have proven experience in DEXA and be comfortable working alongside the team to help run and develop the DEXA service to maintain the highest standards of imaging and patient experience.
Ashtead Hospital is part of the Ramsay Health Care Group and is a highly respected private hospital with a reputation for providing exceptional service to our patients. Our Imaging Department includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA and a general X-ray room.
The successful applicant must have
- BSc (Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent
- Certification in Bone Densitometry
- HCPC registration
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to take initiative to help the team
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Demonstrated customer service skills
