Show visitors our historic city as a sales representative for CitySightseeing York!

As a CitySightseeing York Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors and helping them start their open-top bus tour experience. You’ll chat with tourists, sell tickets, and share helpful tips while creating a warm first impression of the city.

What You’ll Be Doing...

You’ll be out in the heart of the city helping visitors discover York and making sure they have a fantastic start to their sightseeing experience.

  • Welcoming visitors to the city with a friendly, enthusiastic approach.
  • Promoting CitySightseeing York tours and sharing helpful information with potential customers.
  • Selling tickets at key stops around the city.
  • Assisting customers with boarding and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported.
  • Answering questions and sharing local tips as a proud ambassador for York.

What you can look forward to...

  • An hourly rate of £13.45, plus 3% commission on all tickets sold.
  • Working 15 hours per week over 3 days - with the potential of overtime if required

As this is a Sales Representative (Temp) role the contract will come to an end on 1 November 2026.
