Your key responsibilities as an Client Success Associate will include:

  • Support clients throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth transition from sales prospect to active user of our products and services
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and recommend solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Monitor product usage and client engagement to ensure customers are maximising value from our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer feedback and business needs with product and service development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate client records, account updates, and documentation while escalating issues appropriately when required

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Client Success Associate:

  • You will have previous client-facing experience and enjoy building trusted relationships with customers
  • You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage a variety of stakeholders
  • You will be able to influence, negotiate, and persuade effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • You will have strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
