What you'll be doing
- Delivering safe, professional and high-quality diagnostic radiography services to a diverse patient population.
- Performing a broad range of imaging examinations using digital radiography and theatre-based C-arm equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with IR(ME)R 2017, IRR17, radiation safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Justifying imaging referrals, reviewing reports and helping maintain the highest standards of clinical governance.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient-centred care.
- Supporting audits, quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate radiology records and patient data.
Varied shift patterns between 07:45 and 20:15
What we’ll look for in you
- BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography, DCR(R) or equivalent qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Strong knowledge of radiation protection, IR(ME)R regulations and diagnostic imaging best practice.
- Experience working confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering exceptional standards of care.
