The Job

The role of Cleaning Assistant at Napier is to provide a clean and safe work environment for all students, staff and visitors to the university.

The job is part time, 20 hours per week, 4pm – 8pm Monday – Friday and we will need you to clean offices, kitchens, labs, meeting rooms, stairways, toilets, showers etc – basically anywhere that is being used by students, academics or support staff.

If you have worked in a large institution or in public sector before, then this will suit you to a tee.

If you have worked in a care home or catering environment, you will likely have the transferrable skills to do this, so why not submit an application?

• Manual handling awareness/training

• Experience of working in a similar cleaning role
