We're Hiring: Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator | Part-Time, Baldock

We're looking for a confident, friendly and highly organised Front of House team member to join our growing salon.This isn't just a receptionist role — you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the team and helping drive the business forward. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every visit feels welcoming, smooth and professional. HoursTuesday – Thursday: 2pm – 8pmFriday: 10am – 3pmSaturday: 9am – 2pm(Some flexibility available for the right candidate, with potential for extra hours during busy periods.) Salary£30,000 per annum (FTE), pro rata for 28 hours per week — approx. £22,400 per annumPlus performance-based commission/bonuses (linked to bookings, rebooking and treatment upgrades) What You'll Be DoingClient Experience- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, premium environment- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out- Keeping front of house clean, calm and organisedBookings & Diary Management- Managing appointments via phone, WhatsApp and social media- Keeping the diary full and well-optimised- Rebooking clients to keep their treatment plans on trackSales & Revenue Support- Confidently recommending treatments and upgrades- Promoting add-ons like Dermalux and facial upgrades- Supporting retail sales and client educationDaily Operations- Handling payments and client records- Filling last-minute gaps in the diary- Supporting the team during busy periods What We're Looking For- A people-person with a warm, friendly and professional manner- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to clients- Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment- Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve the client experienceExperience in hospitality, customer service or another client-facing role is a big plus.
