As more of our clients engage us to deliver paid digital campaigns alongside media planning and buying, we’re continuing to grow our digital team to support increasing demand across the agency.
The Role
Working alongside our Paid Media Lead, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, leading the day-to-day planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll remain closely involved in campaign execution while acting as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients. You’ll confidently manage campaign planning, reporting, optimisation and performance reviews, making recommendations that help clients achieve their commercial objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Paid Media Lead on larger strategic initiatives and integrated campaigns, while independently owning the successful delivery of your own accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of performance marketing but is looking for greater ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing independent agency.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Delivery
· Plan, build and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
· Develop campaign plans aligned to client objectives, audiences and budgets.
· Manage campaign launches, optimisation, budget pacing and ongoing performance.
· Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
· Work collaboratively with our wider media planning team to deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple channels.
Client Management
· Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts.
· Lead regular client calls, performance reviews and campaign discussions.
· Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking.
· Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations with confidence.
· Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ audiences, objectives and commercial goals.
Performance & Reporting
· Produce clear, insightful campaign reports and post-campaign analysis.
· Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
· Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, measured and optimised.
· Turn campaign data into meaningful commercial recommendations for clients.
About You
You’re already confident managing paid media campaigns and are ready to take on greater ownership of client relationships and campaign strategy.
You’ll probably have around 3 years’ experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environment, and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery.
You’ll have:
· Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads.
· Experience planning, delivering and optimising performance marketing campaigns.
· Confidence leading client conversations and presenting campaign performance.
· A solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and campaign measurement.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity for performance marketing.
· The confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
An interest in entertainment, music, arts, culture or lifestyle brands would be a real advantage.
