Admin Assistant/Receptionist
Tees Valley Hospital - Middlesbrough
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Tees Valley Hospital is in the grounds of Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough and opened in February 2018. The hospital delivers a range of specialties including orthopaedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, urology, gynaecology, dermatology, endoscopy, to both private and NHS patients.
We are looking for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our Team at Tees Valley Hospital to support our busy administration and reception team. In this position you will ensure that all admin processes are adhered to in a timely and professional manner. The role will involve front of house on our busy reception, booking of patient’s clinic appointments, and staffing of appointment line telephone.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software
