We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of SEND Advisor x 2 — dynamic positions that blends operational leadership with meaningful learner support.
The role involves the requirement to support, empower and encourage our learners with SEND to progress and gain skills which lead to increased positive outcomes. Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis with a view to encouraging learners to participate with increased independence. Liaise with professionals involved with students to gather information which informs strategies for inclusion. Work with staff across the College to embed and develop strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, supportive, and hands-on individual with a passion for inclusive learning and vocational development. You will demonstrate initiative and reliability in the role, while inspiring and motivating learners to build confidence and practical skills. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of both the students and the wider College community.
