We are seeking a Headteacher to join our team at Chertsey High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

The Headteacher’s role is to provide outstanding and inspirational leadership and management of the school, creating an environment in which the highest possible standards of learning and teaching flourish and in which every pupil has access to high quality education to achieve their full potential.

Salary: Leadership (Fringe), Scale 28-34, £101,967 to £117,891

Responsible to: Trust Leadership

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Proven track record of strong leadership
