An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Outpatients Appointments team as a Outpatient Appointments Administrator. based at County Hall, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the booking and monitoring of Outpatient appointments both in a call centre / back office administrative role.

Main duties, tasks & skills required

As an Outpatient Appointments Administrator, you will receive comprehensive training and support to assist the Outpatient Appointments Teams based at County Hall. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including booking and monitoring outpatient appointments within both a call centre and back-office administrative setting. You will also support the management of patient referrals in accordance with key performance indicators, while delivering high-quality customer service to patients and colleagues alike.

Proven experience of working well as part of a team
