Role Purpose
The Buying Admin Assistant will assist the buying team in the smooth running of the department. They will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills, eat spreadsheets for breakfast, and love working for a sustainable brand with kindness and creativity at its heart.
Key Responsibilities
Management of all product samples
Ordering and tracking photo shoot samples
Ensuring CP is updated with any amendments to approval dates
Sending comments on and storing bulk fabrics
Data entry in Shopify / Excel/ PEX with meticulous attention to detail
Competitor shopping - to carry out regular competitor analysis, keeping on top of current trends
PO management- raising and amending

Creating SKU’s within in the CP and adding PO’s numbers
Checking website listings before launch
Working alongside merchandising, design, garment tech, digital and finance teams
Key Skills & Experience
Positive, enthusiastic and a team player with an open-minded approach
Strong communication skills
Highly organised with a can do attitude
Ability to anticipate and manage problems as well as prioritise and escalate where necessary
Creative and able to come with ideas and solutions
Passion for sustainability
