Role Purpose

We’re looking for a proactive, high‑impact designer to join our in‑house marketing team and create standout visual and digital content that elevates our brand and strengthens our communications.

In this role, you’ll transform ideas and messaging into bold, engaging creative assets across digital, social and print channels ensuring everything we produce feels cohesive, on‑brand and impossible to ignore. This role would be ideal for a designer with 3–5 years’ agency experience looking to broaden their scope in an in‑house environment or someone ready for a fresh challenge that showcases their full creative capability. Experience of working with technology brands / companies would be preferred.

We are pleased to offer this permanent opportunity as a full-time role based hybrid from one of our 4 office locations – 3 days in office, 2 working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce multimedia content — create graphics for digital and print, edit video, develop motion graphics, animations and interactive media, and capture photo/video content with basic lighting and audio setup.
  • Create high‑impact visual assets — design for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, landing pages and events, ensuring clarity, usability and strong brand alignment.
  • Lead creative development — shape concepts for campaigns and events, collaborating with marketing, content and vendor teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Maintain brand consistency — uphold visual standards across all digital, print and multimedia outputs, including developing templates that enable teams to self‑serve without drifting off‑brand.
  • Manage multiple projects — juggle competing priorities, deliver high‑quality work at pace and ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
  • Optimise and evolve creative output — tailor assets for performance across platforms and devices, stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools, and support campaigns with compelling, engagement‑driving creative.

General Skills

  • Proven multimedia design experience — strong background in graphic design, digital media and producing high‑quality visual content across formats.
  • Video production skills — ability to plan, capture and edit video, including short‑form social content, motion graphics and basic post‑production using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Technical proficiency — confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), WordPress and HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms.
  • UX/UI awareness — understanding of digital design best practice, user experience principles and how to apply them to web and campaign assets.
  • Strong project managemen t — able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while delivering consistently high‑quality work.
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused — pragmatic, collaborative and comfortable working at pace with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear communication — able to interpret creative briefs, challenge constructively and present design concepts confidently to stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail — brings creativity, precision and a commitment to producing polished, professional work.
