Pay Rates

Standard Route (Approx. 9 Hours)

• £178.55 per day (£214.26 incl. VAT)
• Fuel costs reimbursed

Large Route (Approx. 9 Hours)

• £194.80 per day (£233.76 incl. VAT)
• Fuel costs reimbursed

Paid Onboarding

Includes:

• 1-day induction
• 2 ride-along training days

£137.70 per day (£165.24 incl. VAT)

Full Training & Support

No previous delivery experience is required. We provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect pre-sorted parcels from the designated local depot.
• Load and organise parcels efficiently within your vehicle.
• Follow planned delivery routes using navigation tools.
• Deliver parcels safely, professionally, and on time.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the day.
• Complete your route without the need to return to the depot at the end of your shift.

Requirements

• Valid UK or EU driving licence.
• Ability to drive a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³ capacity).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Getting Started

• Complete the online application and screening process.
• Submit the required documentation.
• Complete a DBS/background check (typically processed within 24–72 hours).
• Attend an information session and ride-along training.
• Start delivering with H2O Logistics Ltd and begin earning immediately.
