The Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced HGV Driver – Environmental Services. The role is based in Wolverhampton, but travel across the Midlands and UK-wide is required, with early starts and occasional nights out. Day-to-day tasks include driving ADR-licensed tankers, transporting waste, assisting with site clean-up work, unloading materials, and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving tankers and other specialist vehicles to client sites
• Supporting environmental clean-up operations and site services
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting maintenance needs
• Working safely to meet compliance and customer standards
• Travelling across the Midlands, with some UK-wide jobs, early starts and nights out as required

What we’re looking for

• Full HGV licence
• ADR, CPC and CSCS tickets (essential)
• Experience in environmental services, waste management or industrial cleaning (desirable)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible attitude to shifts, weekends, early starts and nights away
• Team player who’s safety-conscious and willing to get stuck in
