Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and PPM works.
- Attending Gas/Air Con/Electrical works repairs and PPM.
- Working part of a mobile team in the North of Scotland.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
Personal Qualities/Skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience with CAFM system
- Experience in dealing with customers front facing
- Experience in submitting quotes and ordering materials
- Strong background in gas, electrical and air con
Qualifications
- Recognised apprenticeship
18th Edition
- FGAS qualification
- Commercial or domestic gas qualification
- Unvented Hot Water (desired)
