If you are passionate about improving patient safety and driving high quality care, an exciting opportunity awaits within the Fife Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP). We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Quality, Clinical and Care Governance Team, a team committed to supporting safe, effective, and person centred services across Fife.
As a member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting the implementation of the NHS Fife Clinical and Care Governance Strategy, contributing to national and local priorities, and helping services continually strengthen their approach to quality, safety and improvement.
As a Quality Clinical and Care Governance Facilitator, you will support and facilitate improvement initiatives identified by the HSCP Quality, Clinical and Care Governance Lead, using recognised improvement methodologies to help services deliver meaningful change.
You will work across a wide variety of clinical and care areas, supporting teams with:
Participating in review and learning from adverse events
Preparation and analysis of incident data to inform improvement
Contributing to risk management processes
Provision of assurance and data reports
Attendance at quality assurance meetings across the three HSCP port-folios
Participation in delivery of training relating to governance and quality improvement
This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy, supportive team, offering an exciting secondment opportunity to develop existing skills and develop strong working relationships across the Partnership and contribute directly to improving outcomes for the people of Fife.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience within a clinical governance or quality assurance setting. Above all, you will demonstrate a commitment to the principles of clinical and care governance and a desire to support continuous learning and improvement.
