Department: Estate Agency
Location: Dundee
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Reporting to: Property Manager/Director of Residential Property
Job Type: Permanent
Closing date: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews held on a rolling basis.
Overall Responsibilities Include
- Support the firm in its intention to continually grow and develop the practice in all areas.
- Understand and implement the Firm's approach to excellence to provide an exceptional service to all clients.
- Take a proactive approach to the work carried out for clients.
- Work towards clear objectives that support fee earners in the twin aims of generating and delivering quality client work.
- Be alert to any problems being experienced by clients and react positively to these.
- Take responsibility for identifying and resolving client care issues.
- Take part constructively in the performance review process and undertake agreed training and development activities.
- Adhere to office and compliance procedures, including health and safety requirements.
- Acknowledge and welcome visitors to the office.
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries.
- Arrange property viewings and process viewing payments.
- Manage the process of bringing properties to market, including coordinating preparations and distributing required paperwork.
- Update and maintain the Estate Agency database.
