The role and your impact

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Registered Manager and care teams to make sure clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll mentor and support care staff out in the community, spot what’s going well (and where support is needed), and build strong relationships with clients and their families—because trust is everything.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping with care planning and assessments
• Supervising and mentoring care staff
• Carrying out spot checks and competency observations
• Ensuring best practice and compliance standards are met
• Supporting medication management
• Helping with scheduling and day-to-day office duties when needed
• Taking part in the on-call rota
• Completing client welfare visits to make sure care is meeting expectations

What we’re looking for

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or relevant experience)

Previous experience in domiciliary/home care

Strong communication and organisation skills

Comfortable using computers and digital systems

Able to work weekdays and alternate weekends

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
