What You’ll Bring to the Team

You will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues effectively. Using clear explanations, appropriate modelling, and strong behaviour management, you’ll create a calm, purposeful classroom environment and confidently lead whole classes.

Adaptable and responsive, you’ll move between different classes, subjects, and age groups while building positive relationships with pupils and staff through clear communication. By following school routines, behaviour systems, and safeguarding procedures, you’ll provide consistency and support pupils to make progress in their learning.

With a proactive and professional approach, you’ll remain composed under pressure, contribute positively to the wider life of the school, and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. You’ll also be reflective and open to new ideas, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
