Key Responsibilities

  • Working within the sales administration team to execute general administrative duties, encompassing:
    • Processing of certifications
    • Data uploading
    • Order processing
    • Machine allocation
  • Provision of informational support to the external sales team.
  • Dissemination of machine delivery information to dealers and customers.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, organizational tasks, and fundamental IT skills.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Prior experience in general administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Capacity to integrate effectively within a collaborative, personable, and results-oriented team environment.
  • Exemplification of integrity, hard work, and effective communication skills both internally and externally.
