Key Responsibilities
- Working within the sales administration team to execute general administrative duties, encompassing:
- Processing of certifications
- Data uploading
- Order processing
- Machine allocation
- Provision of informational support to the external sales team.
- Dissemination of machine delivery information to dealers and customers.
Required Skills And Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, organizational tasks, and fundamental IT skills.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Prior experience in general administration.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative.
- Familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Capacity to integrate effectively within a collaborative, personable, and results-oriented team environment.
- Exemplification of integrity, hard work, and effective communication skills both internally and externally.
