Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced

Groundworks Multi Trader to join a well-established and growing contractor working across the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a busy company offering consistent work, a company van and the chance to be part of a friendly, hardworking team.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across:

• Car parks
• Communal areas within residential developments
• Void properties
• Sections of the HS2 infrastructure

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend around

95% of your time on the tools, working as part of an experienced team delivering high-quality groundwork and maintenance projects.

Essential Skills

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Block paving
• Slab laying
• Kerb laying
• Fencing
• Basic concrete repairs
• General external maintenance and groundworks

Digger/Plant tickets would be a huge advantage, but they're not essential.
