Job Title: Quality Officer

Location: 70% field based, 30% office based - Cambridgeshire

Salary: £14 per hour

Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a quality officer to join our established team in Northamptonshire. A quality officer will support via field based working to our clients and care workers in line with CQC requirements.

Caroline Cares For You is an award-winning Live in Care provider that provides Block care/support, Live in and Night Care services, enabling our clients to remain in their homes for longer. We offer an individually tailored, high-quality home care across Northamptonshire.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Providing supervision and support to our care staff.
  • Completing probation reviews and supervisions for our care staff.
  • Completing announced and unannounced spot checks.
  • To carry out administrative duties related to the role including writing medication records, care plans and creating relevant reports.
  • On-call phone duties on a rota basis.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Must have previous experience within the Care sector.
  • Must be good at problem solving and like a challenge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Has a great client-focused passion.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.

Our Requirements

  • Able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Packages.
  • Have a good understanding of CQC standards
