Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Volunteer Marketing & Content Creator to help share our mission, amplify our impact, and engage supporters through compelling digital content. This role is ideal for someone who wants to use their creative skills to support meaningful humanitarian work and inspire positive change.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media, whatsapp, and other relevant digital channels, with particular focus on our recently launched community page on Instagram

Design graphics, videos, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms, in line with our branding guidelines and Islamic ethos.

Develop content that highlights charity projects, beneficiary stories, campaigns, and events.

Assist with planning and scheduling social media content.

Help grow awareness of One Ummah's work and increase community engagement.

Support fundraising campaigns through creative marketing and storytelling.

Collaborate with volunteers and leadership teams to ensure messaging aligns with the charity's values and objectives.

Skills & Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and enthusiasm for digital content creation.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools.

Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or content creation is beneficial but not essential.

Passion for humanitarian aid and charitable work.
