The role
We're looking for an exceptional King's Trust Lead to champion one of the most inspiring personal development programmes in Further Education at our Weymouth campus of Coastland College. This is far more than a teaching or support role—it's an opportunity to change lives.
As our King's Trust Lead, you'll empower young people to discover their strengths, overcome barriers, develop valuable employability skills, and build the confidence to achieve ambitions they may never have thought possible. Every day will be different, from delivering engaging workshops and organising exciting enrichment activities to working with employers, community organisations, and colleagues across the college to create unforgettable learning experiences.
If you're energetic, creative, and driven by seeing young people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours: Part time (30 hours per week)
Salary: £31,363 (full time equivalent) for qualified teacher status or level 5 equivalent
