Essential

Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)

  • GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
  • Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
  • Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
  • Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare.
  • High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Strong digital and clinical system literacy (EMIS desirable).

Recruitment Process
