We are offering a 10 month fixed term/secondment opportunity for an Assistant Specialty Manager (ASM) to work as part of our Community Urgent Care operational team. This role provides a fantastic chance to test out a management role, develop new skills, and gain experience in an area that is becoming increasingly important as NHS policy shifts towards delivering more care outside of hospitals.

You will work closely with the wider community team, supporting the operational management of our Community Urgent Care services, including:
- Single Point of Access
- Hospital at Home
- Urgent Community Response
- Milford Integrated Care Hub
- Intermediate Care Team
You Will
Support daily service operations, acting as a key point of contact for clinical and operational teams.
Oversee and analyse service data, ensuring accurate reporting & performance monitoring.
Assist in managing staffing plans & recruitment processes.
Support service improvement projects, helping to drive change & efficiency.
Engage with stakeholders & senior managers, developing your leadership and communication skills.
