Correspondence Customer Service Agent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Correspondence Customer Service Agent to join our team.

As a Correspondence Customer Service Agent at Marston Holdings Ltd you will play a key role within our contact centre. You will engage with customers through written communication helping them reach positive outcomes - whether that involves processing payments setting up payment plans or resolving queries.

This is a full time 37,5 hours a week fixed-term role for 6 months.
