About the Role

Ethnify is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Full-Time Brand Promoter to represent leading food and FMCG brands through in-store campaigns, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities across the UK.

As a Brand Promoter, you will interact with customers, create memorable brand experiences, increase product awareness, and support promotional campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in-store product sampling and live demonstrations.

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Promote brand awareness and encourage product trials and purchases.

* Represent partner brands at retail stores, events, and promotional activities.

* Set up and maintain promotional displays according to brand guidelines.

* Collect customer feedback and share campaign insights with the team.

* Support marketing activations and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

* Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

* Strong interest in sales, marketing, and brand promotions.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

* Comfortable standing for extended periods during activations.

* Ability to work across different locations when required.

* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or promotions is preferred but not essential.
