The BANES Talking Therapies Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and qualified High Intensity Therapist to join our dynamic and expanding service to help manage the increasing demand for Step 3 CBT.

We currently operate a hybrid working arrangement, where you will be based in Bath combined with opportunities for remote working from home.

You will enjoy the benefits of working in AWP, an NHS Trust that is committed to developing highly skilled workforce and actively encourages professional development opportunities. You will be encouraged and supported to participate in additional training and development activities.

We place a high value on our staff team and their wellbeing, with regular team social events, a staff book club and a focus of wellbeing throughout the work that we do.

You will provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service for anxiety and depression to clients from the NHS Talking Therapies service. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, using the therapy model specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression Manual.

You will also provide professional and clinical supervision to other members of the team.

You will need to hold the NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity CBT Postgraduate Diploma and be accredited with the BABCP.

You will be joining the service at an exciting time with expansion across all areas which will open up excellent development opportunities.

You will receive regular supervision and an extensive programme of CPD opportunities to ensure your continued learning and development.
