Despatch Operative

We are currently looking for production Despatch Operatives to join one of the UK's leading family-owned seafood businesses.

We are the largest independent supplier of skin-packed and bulk fish to large multiples, wholesalers and the food service sector. Copernus is a 200+ strong family run business, who recognize our staff are pivotal to our continued success.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:-

• Previous experience within a food manufacturing process.
• Picking experience.
• Familiarity with quality systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with BRC working practices.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Basic knowledge of Food Hygiene.
• FLT License (essential)

• Detail-Oriented

Shift patterns in the despatch team are 4 days on, 4 days off. Positions are available on 6AM-6PM schedule.
