At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for a proactive and highly organised RDC Coordinator to support the smooth running of our warehouse and transport operation. Working closely with the First Line Managers (FLMs) and Site Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administration, operational planning, and team support.

What You'll Be Doing

As an RDC Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Shift Manager and FLMs in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant operation
• Managing the day-to-day administration of both warehouse and transport activities
• Coordinating operational tasks to ensure targets, KPIs, and customer expectations are met
• Supporting the accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
• Booking and monitoring supplier delivery slots and maintaining delivery schedules
• Ensuring company procedures, policies, and compliance standards are consistently followed
• Producing and maintaining operational reports and performance data
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels
• Building positive working relationships across operational teams and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience in an Administration or Coordinator role
• Advanced IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

Desirable

• Inventory management experience
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
