Shifts: both day and nights positions available (8am-8pm or8pm-8am)
Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week working on 3 on 3 off rota (nights) or a rolling rota pattern (days)

What will you do as a Care Practitioner?
You'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well cared for. Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and assistance: Helping residents with hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs
Monitoring and responding to needs: Conducting regular checks, addressing anyconcerns, and supporting residents with dignity and respect.
Encouraging restful sleep: Creating a calm and comfortable environment while assisting with evening and early morning routines.
Supporting emotional wellbeing: Offering reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
Maintaining high standards: Ensuring cleanliness and safety across the care home during your shift.
Recording and reporting: Documenting observations and any incidents clearly for day/nightstaff handovers.
Teamwork and flexibility: Working closely with your colleagues to provide seamless, high-quality care.
