We’re looking for individuals who have

A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – newly qualified therapists welcome

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

A warm, confident, and professional communication style

The enthusiasm and physical readiness to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Perform a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards

Maintain fully stocked and pristine treatment rooms

Support your team and stepping in where needed

Meet daily and monthly sales targets (with commission rewards!)

Continuously improve your skills through feedback and training

Ensure any guest concerns are promptly escalated to management
