LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive to join our exceptional team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring clients find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,010 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of up to £60,000, plus company car.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Passion for vehicles and knowledge of the automotive market.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve common goals.
  • A valid UK driver's licence is mandatory.
