Role Highlights

  • Expert Ticketing Accurately issue published and negotiated fares using GDS, ensuring compliance with fare rules and booking accuracy.
  • Operational Ownership Manage airline queues and ticketing helpdesk, handling reissues, refunds, upgrades, and queries within SLA timeframes
  • Drive Efficiency & Savings Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimise penalties, and improve ticketing processes.
  • Team Support & Leadership Provide guidance to colleagues, check work quality, and support training of new starters.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders across the business, communicating clearly and effectively.

It Would be Great If

  • You have strong experience issuing tickets using a GDS
  • You have worked within the travel industry
  • You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • You can prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

  • You are confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels

What's In It For You

Hybrid working from our Witney, Oxfordshire office (3 days in office) or fully remote within the UK

Salary of £27,000 to £32,000

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • One of our recruiters will review your application and, if successful, invite you to an initial call. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about your experience and for you to find out more about the role.
  • A 60-minute interview with the hiring team, conducted via Microsoft Teams.
  • Outcome and final feedback. We also welcome your feedback to help us continuously improve our recruitment process.
