Role Highlights

  • Drive Performance: Analyse and optimise paid search, display, and social activity across global markets.
  • Own Optimisation & Testing: Identify opportunities and deliver structured testing programmes to improve performance.
  • Maximise Efficiency: Manage bidding strategies, keyword optimisation, and account hygiene to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Paid Media Managers and act as a key contact on account performance.

It Would be Great If

  • You have experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or paid social tools
  • You are confident in data analysis and performance reporting
  • You have experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns
  • You’re familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • You have knowledge of bid management tools (e.g. SA360, Marin)
  • You’re detail-focused, proactive, and results-driven

What's In It For You

This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London office

Salary range of £32,000 to £36,000 (Depending on experience)

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • One of our recruiters will review your application and, if successful, invite you to an initial call. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about your experience and for you to find out more about the role.
  • A 60-minute interview with the hiring team, conducted via Microsoft Teams.
