Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Salary: £16,965

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a long established organisation in the heart of Brighouse. This role would be working directly under the Payroll Manager, assisting with the delivery of accurate payroll.

What you will be doing

  • Processing end to end payroll for over 300 employees on a monthly basis.
  • Processing statuary payments such as sick pay, maternity leave, paternity leave and other deductions.
  • Assisting with setting up starters and leavers including processing of new contracts
  • Processing timesheets from multiple sites
  • Assisting with year end payroll processes and procedures
  • Some HR duties such as minute taking and recording sickness.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience within Payroll (ideally 2 years)
  • Experience using Sage50 Payroll (desirable not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables and VLookups
  • High attention to detail
