Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8:00pm - 8:00am on a 2-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off

About the role
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing.
- Assisting with refreshments and individual needs.
- Offering reassurance, companionship and a listening ear.
- Helping create a calm, caring environment where residents feel secure.
